5. Footnotes (in the form given below) should appear at the first use of a given source. For subsequent uses, please use the shortened footnote form—the template is in the file below).
6. Please prepare the bibliography with a division into literature (articles, monographs, commentaries, online sources, etc.) and case law (judgments, decisions, etc.). Please do not include legal acts in the list.
7. If the publication does not contain a page number, then in the footnote, in place of the page number, you may provide the appropriate editorial unit (e.g., marginal number – nb., point – pkt, etc.).
8. If you use types of sources other than those described below, please describe them carefully, but in a manner as close as possible to the examples below.
9. Bibliographic data (first name, surname, title, etc.) of foreign-language publications should be given in the original language. For alphabets other than Latin, add in square brackets a transliteration compliant with the ISO Standard.
