ABSTRACT
In the article, the author analyzes the catalog of patients' rights in the Austrian and Polish legal systems subjecting them to a general comparative analysis. The introduction is oriented to the legal context, marking the essence of the issue and the reasons for carrying out this analysis. The next section discusses the main elements of the catalogs of patient's rights, focusing on their nature and meaning, pointing out similarities and differences with the Polish system of patient's rights.
