The article addresses the issue of the scope (limits) of the obligation to verify the authenticity of the requirements issued by entities conducting medical activities such as ambulatory health services. The starting point for the presented considerations is the recent jurisprudence of administrative courts, stating the loss of guarantees of proper operation of a pharmacy due to incorrect verification of the authenticity of requirements issued by entities providing ambulatory health services. This position raises legal doubts and requires in-depth analysis, taking into account the objective, the level of regulatory complexity and the functioning of the pharmaceutical market. The aim of this article is therefore to frame analysed legal issue and to start a scientific discussion on the interpretation and desirable shape of the current regulations in this field.
