ABSTRACT
For the liability of a doctor for an offense under Art. 160 § 3 of the Penal Code, it does not matter whether it has something else, or whether it is necessary to secure an abandoned action that can reverse the risk to the patient's life or health. A sufficient feature of this offense is, after all, the effect not in the form of violation of this protected property, but in the form of carrying out orders to their security.
